Reception

The reception is open from 9 am to 5 pm and a receptionist will welcome you on site.

After 5:00 pm, a simple and efficient procedure with a key delivery system. Arrive early and have the chance to pick up your room as soon as it is available, we will be happy to give you the key in person and let you take advantage of our parking reserved for our guests.

Non-smoking room (200$ fine for non-compliance will be charged to the credit card).

Animals not admitted.

Cancellation policy:

5 days before arrival notice for free cancellation. After this period, the total amount of the first night of the stay (as well as the applicable taxes) will be invoiced and the rest of the stay will be automatically canceled.

Health

Help us take care of you. Please inform Hôtel-Motel Le Beluga in advance of your expected arrival time. We must follow the guidelines of public health. You can indicate this information in the “comment” section when booking or by email.
If you are experiencing any of the COVID 19 symptoms or have been in contact with an infected person you must cancel your stay.

PACKAGES SAVE:

Le Béluga has several packages to save money and simplify your stay, including an overnight stay and the chosen activity. With us, save 4$ per person in reservation fees and 5$ in parking. In addition, your tickets will be at reception when you arrive at the hotel! To book ; quite simply, tell us which activity (ies) you have chosen, the number of adult (s) and child (ren), their age and you get an advantageous rate for your package.

Whale watching cruise package:

– Grand Fleuve Navire: duration of 3 hours, departures at 9.45 am or 1 pm
– Zodiac: duration 2h30, departures at 10:15 am or 1:30 pm.

* Black bear safari package: From July 10 To be determined Duration 2 hours; observe these animals from our forests at the end of the day, about ten minutes by car from our hotel. Departure between 5 pm and 7 pm. depending on the sunset.
